Verify Email Address


While you’re creating your account, you’ll get an email from eJOY. Open the email and click “Verify your email address“.

Note: If you’re not getting the email, you check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox. If you still don’t see the email, please do these steps below:

  • Step 1: Sign in to eJOY Go website
  • Step 2: Navigate to the account tab
  • Step 3: Click “Account settings”
  • Step 4: Make sure your email is an Active one, if not, please replace it with the correct one. Click “Resend verification”.
  • Step 5:  Open the email and click “Verify your email address”
