What need to do if you can not download eJOY App
First, please make sure that your device has connected a strong Internet or Wifi. Then try to download eJOY App again.
If it is not successful, please try these ways below for Android and IOS:
For Android Devices
1. Delete cache and data of Google Play
Press Setting of your mobile => Apps => Google play store => Clear data and Clear cache => Open Google Play and download eJOY App again.
2. Restart your device
If you still can not download eJOY App, please restart your device.
- Press and hold a Power button until a Menu launch
- Press Power off or Restart
- If needed, press and hold the Power button until your device runs
For IOS Devices
1. Restart your mobile phone
Press and hold a Power button until you see a screen as below. Then slide to power off. When your device is turn off totally, you press the Power button to restart your iPhone. Then download eJOY App.
2. Sign out Apple ID
To exit Apple ID, please follow these steps:
Setting => iTunes & App Store => Choose current Apple ID running on your iPhone => Sign out
