You can send any feedback to eJOY as below:
- Tap More and select Setting
- Select Feedback
eJOY will automatically pop up a new screen where you can send your feedback to our given email address via your registered email
Note: In case your app has any technical problems, you can choose Feedback Bug to send us your feedback relating to such issues.
To send feedback, fill in your email address and provide us the bug description. Then press OK to send it. This is the easiest way to report a bug because it populates the bug report with your app version, and system information, which we need to properly resolve the issue.
