- PRO-VOCA: This package is designed for learners who want to improve their general vocabulary or learn technical terms for their specialization, directly from their favorite content.
- PRO-COURSE: If you’re looking for a step-by-step approach to learning English communication, this package is perfect for you. Our engaging lesson designed from short and practical videos will help you to gain confidence in your communication skills.
- PRO-PLUS: With this package, you’ll receive all the benefits of PRO-COURSE, along with the ability to self-study with your favorite content, giving you greater flexibility and control over your learning.

Our Basic plan is available to all eJOY account holders at no cost. Its key features include:

1. What’s different about the new pricing policy?
Our new pricing policy offers three tailored solution packages to meet your specific learning needs and goals:
- PRO-VOCA: Learn vocabulary and communication skills for your specialization on your favorite content.
- PRO-COURSE: Improve your English communication skills step-by-step with lessons created for short and practical videos.
- PRO-PLUS: Combine step-by-step learning with the flexibility of self-studying with your favorite content.

2. If I purchased the Pro package before May 1st, 2023, what will happen to my current plan?
If you purchased the PRO package before May 1st, 2023, you can continue to use eJOY products* without any limitations until your plan’s expiration date.
(*) Please note that due to significant improvements in the new eJOY EPIC App, data on that app has not been synchronized with other eJOY products. If you purchased a Pro account before May 1, 2023, please fill out the form to receive an EPIC PRO account with the same features and duration as your previous Pro plan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our products and services.
When your Pro plan expires:
- If you purchased via the Apple store/Google Play store, your new PRO membership will be automatically extended at the current price, and all the Pro benefits will remain unchanged.
- If you purchased on our website, your Pro plan will not be automatically extended. Simply contact us via our Fanpage or email email@example.com for renewal support.
3. Can I use my account on multiple devices?
While we understand the convenience of using eJOY on multiple devices, we limit simultaneous usage to prevent scams and ensure the best possible user experience. Selling one Pro account to multiple people can lead to an account loss, which is why we restrict usage to one device at a time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the security and quality of our products and services.
4. Can I upgrade to the new Pro plan before May 1st, 2023?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to our new Pro plans at any time before May 1st, 2023. To do so, simply visit the PRO-VOCA or PRO-COURSE website and select the plan that best fits your learning goals and needs. Alternatively, you can purchase the current PRO package, which offers all the benefits of the new PRO-PLUS plan at a lower cost.
5. Can I still purchase the Pro package after May 1st, 2023?
Unfortunately, the eJOY Pro package is no longer available for purchase. However, we offer a variety of new and improved plans to meet your learning needs and goals. Visit the PRO-VOCA or PRO-COURSE or PRO-PLUS websites to view the available plans and select the one that best suits your needs. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you enjoy our new and improved products and services.
6. How will the price of my current Pro plan be affected when I renew it after May 1st, 2023?
- If you purchased your Pro plan through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your membership term will be automatically renewed at the same price without any changes to your Pro benefits.
- If you purchased your Pro plan on our website, it will not be automatically renewed. When your plan expires, please contact us through our Fanpage or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and our team will work with you to ensure a smooth and seamless renewal process.
7. Can I purchase the lifetime plan after the new pricing policy takes effect on May 1st, 2023?
After May 1st, 2023, the lifetime plan will only be applicable to the PRO-VOCA package. The lifetime plan will no longer be available for the PRO-COURSE and PRO-PLUS packages.
